Data Management and HQLD reporting"Converting data into information which will be used for decision making is vital.'" Logtek has a very strong focus on Quality Control and Data Management. To have quality controlled data available when it is needed, is invaluable in order to ensure efficient work processes and decision making. Logtek takes on a wide range of responsibilities, from simple single well log composite projects, to complete data management projects and operation; including data flow management, data Quality Control, data merging/depth shifting/ editing, data storage, distribution of data to all involved parties, and continuos operation/updating of the petrophysical databases. All reporting are done in conformance with the customer's internal standard and/or with the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate's standard; HQLD. Logtek has established a very powerful and efficient organisation to handle large volumes of data without compromizing the quality of the final product. During 1999 Logtek reported and managed more than 170 wells in conformance with the HQLD standard. All these QC/HQLD projects were finalized well within a tight time schedule. |
